StageREADY is an individual program focused on developing communication, public-speaking, and presentation skills.
We help leaders and experts show up naturally, confidently, and authentically — at conferences, business meetings, in the media, and in everyday communication.
Together we work on voice, breath, articulation, and overall nonverbal expression. We focus not only on technique, but also on inner confidence, calm, and the ability to engage an audience in a natural way.
The program can also include preparation for important public appearances, hosting, media communication, or key professional situations.
We also support clients speaking in English, French, and Italian.

Marcela Rojíčková
Actress, voice-over artist, and public-speaking and presentation-skills coach who will help you shine on stage
Marcela helps managers, leaders, and experts develop a natural, confident presence for public speaking and everyday communication. In her work, she combines years of experience in theater, television, and media with an individual approach that emphasizes authenticity.
After graduating from the Janáček Conservatory in Ostrava, she performed at Divadlo na Starém Městě (today's Divadlo v Dlouhé) and at Divadlo na Vinohradech, and since 1997 she has been a member of Divadlo Bez zábradlí. She also worked as an announcer for Czech Television and was active in radio production. For many years she collaborated with Academy Award–winning director Jiří Menzel as an assistant director, and was part of the creative and directing team at the film company Beltfilm.
